Dear customer, you received a package from us, the size does not fit you, the product does not suit you or you want to make a complaint?

If you wish to return the goods or cancel the contract, please send it back unworn, if possible in the original packaging, ideally with the original tags, within 60 days from delivery. Please send it back properly packed by post, registered mail, not cash on delivery. If you are returning or complaining about an item, please send it back to us in the identical condition in which it was delivered to you, undamaged, preferably in its original packaging with original tags.
